Joe is a senior technical advisor on CSG’s Methodologies and Practice Advisory Team. He is a technology and cybersecurity subject matter expert who provides technical advice and guidance across all facets of CSG’s business. Joe has worked in the information systems industry for more than 30 years and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, a Cloud Certified Security Professional, and a GXPN, GWAPT, and GCPN certified penetration tester. He has deep experience providing technical expertise for state government IT projects, including performing vulnerability scans, penetration tests, risk assessments, maturity assessments, and reviews of code, artifacts, and system requirements.
