John is a project manager across CSG’s national practices. He is a PMI-Certified Project Management Professional with more than 15 years of experience providing oversight for enterprise initiatives and program modernizations. John’s wide-ranging experience includes project management offices, independent verification and verification, and quality assurance projects in states across the country. John has conducted independent systems assessments that include current and future-state analysis, gap analysis, and remediation strategy development and implementation. He has led projects using a variety of methodologies, including Agile and Hybrid, and is an Agile Certified Practitioner.
