Jessica is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has over 15 years of experience working within child support systems at the local and state level. Jessica has expertise in child support policy, procedure, regulation training design and delivery, and requirements gathering. Prior to joining CSG, she supported multiple child support projects for the state of Kansas, including oversight of the Child Support Call Center vendor contract.
