Jess is a project manager in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 10 years of experience working in various roles in government healthcare, with programs including Medicaid, Medicare, and health benefit exchanges. Jess has an extensive background in policy analysis, quality control, and technical writing and has experience developing and analyzing RFPs, Advance Planning Documents, and other policy and legal documents. She applies her expertise to assess progress, processes, and documentation for complex IT projects in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments to provide recommendations that support state agencies in achieving their modernization goals.
