Jeremy is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with over 25 years of experience in New Mexico’s child welfare, juvenile justice, children’s behavioral health, and Medicaid systems as a frontline worker, supervisor, executive officer, and information technology and system implementation and modernization expert. Jeremy has significant data governance and management expertise, having served as Data Bureau Chief for the State of New Mexico, Children, Youth, and Families Department’s (CYFD) juvenile justice system modernization, as the Chief Data Officer for CYFD, and later as the Information Technology Officer for their Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System implementation project. He has managed large-scale state government modernization projects, including federal project oversight and compliance support, requirements management, Advanced Planning Document development, procurement support, data management, and system implementation oversight.
