She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 15 years of experience advancing organizational programs by aligning business objectives, applying project management processes, and implementing strategy and communication plans that improve processes. Jennifer has public and private sector project and portfolio management experience in healthcare, finance, marketing, and emergency services. Her expertise includes risk management, strategic direction, operations, resource optimization, and stakeholder and partner relations. Jennifer previously served as a Project Portfolio and Management Office Manager for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
