Je’Kashia is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has more than five years of experience as a child support analyst and is skilled in performing user acceptance testing including writing and executing test cases; developing, implementing, and evaluating workflow processes; delivering training; managing teams; and applying research and analytical skills to solve complex problems. Prior to joining CSG, Je’Kashia worked as a Child Support Specialist with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, managing a complex caseload, and serving as a lead worker conducting onsite and remote trainings on a variety of topics.
