James is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He has 10 years of experience working in Medicaid, specializing in Medicaid eligibility rules and determination. He brings expertise in organizational change management, functional design, requirements gathering, and system testing. Before joining CSG, James supported Nebraska’s Medicaid system modernization as a lead business analyst, supporting the state in change management processes and developing Emergency Unwind Metrics reports for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
