Jakob is a technical support analyst on the CSG Tech team, our internal technology organization. He supports the maintenance of our database server and the resolution of helpdesk tickets for CSG personnel. Jakob’s technical expertise includes creating and managing databases, solving business problems using data, and designing use case diagrams, flowcharts, and storyboards.
