Jaelin is a project coordinator and business analyst in CSG's Healthcare and Human Services practice. She recently worked as a project coordinator for three years on New Mexico’s Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Replacement Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) project, where she managed project communications, identified risks, issues, and mitigation strategies, and developed project reports and dashboards for senior-level staff and stakeholders using industry leading tools, such as Confluence and Jira. She brings experience conducting vendor training in a multi-vendor environment, including developing repeatable processes for onboarding and offboarding staff. Jaelin is a Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster.
