Hyrum is a business and technical analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare and Program Modernization practices. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 10 years of experience working in the development and implementation of complex IT systems for state agencies, including integrated tax systems and Comprehensive Child Welfare Information Systems. His expertise includes data management and conversion, test management, and requirements management and traceability. Hyrum has worked through the full life cycle of system implementations, including definition, conversion, testing, rollout, deskside, and production support phases. Prior to joining CSG, he worked for FAST Enterprises, where he supported the development of the fraud, analytics, and data services components of the GenTax system.
