Holly is a business analyst with CSG’s Child Support practice. She has nearly ten years of government program experience, including providing help desk and call center support for Medicaid and child support programs. She is well-versed in organizational change methodologies and is a Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner with extensive experience developing and delivering training programs. Before joining CSG, Holly served as a business analyst and training specialist for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, where she managed various projects and delivered trainings to internal and external stakeholders.
