Hilari is business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. She has more than 25 years of experience leading complex initiatives for government, nonprofit, and private-sector organizations. Hilari specializes in child welfare modernization, strategic planning, procurement support, project and program management, business process reengineering, and organizational change. She advises executive and project leadership on aligning program operations, policy, technology, and procurement decisions to support successful system transformation. Prior to joining CSG, she led the recovery of New Mexico’s Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) modernization project and held leadership roles supporting statewide child welfare, youth services, juvenile justice, and court system initiatives. Hilari brings clients a distinctive combination of program, technology, policy, and legal expertise and is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico.
