Heather is a business analyst in CSG's Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than 15 years of experience working in HHS state agencies, including developing policy and processes, managing stakeholders, building technical databases, analyzing data, and performing system testing. Prior to joining CSG, she worked for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s Children’s Developmental Disabilities Program, including serving as a program specialist and subject matter expert for children’s home and community based services.
