Heather is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than 20 years of experience working in state government HHS agencies, focused on complex IT system modernization projects. Heather brings experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to help system modernization projects achieve their goals, including gathering and managing requirements, creating training documentation, and executing testing. She is also an expert at using Agile methodology, including sprint planning and execution, user story creation, and Kanban board use. Heather previously worked for the state of Indiana for eight years as a business analyst supporting its integrated eligibility system modernization project, where she supported testing, requirements management, and change control.
