Hana is a business analyst and in CSG’s Child Welfare and Healthcare and Human Services practices. Hana is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 10 years of experience in the child welfare and Medicaid programs and extensive knowledge of federal program regulations and certification requirements. She has experience supporting the management of complex IT projects in numerous states, including gathering requirements, developing procurement documents, participating in requirements gathering and design sessions, reviewing project artifacts, and providing guidance related to federal requirements.
