Gwen is a project manager in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with 25 years of experience in Medicaid, including managing and providing quality assurance on complex IT projects. Gwen has extensive knowledge in scheduling, deliverable management, risk identification, resource planning, and improving efficiencies and productivity. She has been serving the Missouri Eligibility Determination and Enrollment System Project since 2014, facilitating and supporting business prioritization, planning, and organizational change management activities for the State’s implementation of an integrated eligibility system.
