Gretchen is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than 20 years of management experience, including Medicaid IT and other projects. She brings expertise in project portfolio management through all phases of the SDLC and is well versed in change management best practices. Her expertise includes designing and executing organizational change management initiatives. Prior to joining CSG, Gretchen spent six years managing the Nevada Medicaid Management Information System modernization.
