Gene is an Organizational Change Management (OCM) analyst in CSG’s Child Support and Child Welfare practices. He has more than 10 years of experience in child support and child welfare programs, focused on delivering OCM, training, coaching, and communication management services. Gene is skilled at developing and delivering messages to stakeholders at all levels of a program to promote the adoption of change and manage resistance. Gene has experience in developing, designing, and implementing training and change management programs; overseeing contracts; and managing budget.
