Fawn is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with 20 years of experience working in healthcare and human services. Fawn has experience working on modernization projects for Medicaid, integrated eligibility, health benefit exchange, and child welfare systems. She also has program expertise in Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP). Fawn has supported major IT modernization projects in five states, including analyzing business processes, managing risks and issues, enforcing change control procedures, onboarding vendors, and analyzing compliance with federal certification requirements.
