Erin is a business analyst and organizational change management (OCM) expert in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has 14 years of expereince leading IT system modernizations and working in the healthcare and human services industry. Erin is a Certified Prosci Change Manager, Certified SAFe Scrum Master, and has a certificate in Project Management. She has experience leading teams through technical and process drive changes, managing Agile development lifecycles, overseeing portfolio management, and developing strategic roadmaps to define the future goals of an organization.
