Erica is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has nearly 10 years of experience supporting and overseeing state government modernization projects, including providing project management, quality assurance, and independent verification and validation services. She is skilled at evaluating project processes and deliverables against requirements and industry standards and identifying and resolving risks. Erica is a Certified Software Tester with deep experience in testing, including developing and executing test cases, evaluating test plans, and managing and monitoring testing activities. She has worked on system development projects in programs including child welfare, Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, WIC, and revenue/tax.
