Emily is a training coordinator for The CSG Way Training Program. She has expertise in organizational change management (OCM) and communication. Prior to joining CSG, she led the change process of a state tax modernization program across multiple project phases. Emily has designed and facilitated training for over eight years, from the development of curriculum through execution. She regularly performs program and business analysis, including impact, readiness, and stakeholder engagement assessments, to ensure successful implementation of OCM plans.
