Ellen is a business analyst and Organizational Change Management expert in CSG’s Child Support practice. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner with more than 25 years of public sector experience, including extensive child support program experience. She is skilled at planning and executing comprehensive OCM efforts, including analyzing and managing stakeholders, developing communications and training, and managing resistance. Ellen previously served in several project management and director level roles for the Indiana Department of Child Services where she provided services including project management, OCM, strategic planning and leadership, stakeholder management and engagement, strategic communications, executive management, grant writing, community outreach, and legislative relations.
