Donna is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than 25 years of experience working in Medicaid, including working for numerous state Medicaid programs and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Donna’s wide-ranging expertise within the Medicaid program includes electronic data interchange transactions, quality metric data, enterprise data warehousing, fraud and abuse detection, program integrity, and third party liability. She also has extensive experience with requirements gathering and management and CMS Streamlined Modular Certification processes.
