DeLanie is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with over 10 years of experience overseeing and implementing quality assurance programs within state, county, and non-profit agencies. DeLanie has extensive knowledge of business process design and reengineering, as well as requirements definition and management. She previously served as a manager for Idaho’s largest law enforcement agency and provided oversight of the jail’s education, administrative, and business services.
