Craig is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He has 15 years of project management and change management experience, leading cross-functional teams to successful delivery on large-scale enterprise IT projects. Craig’s expertise includes requirements development, enforcement of quality standards, risk assessment and management, training development and delivery, and testing. Prior to joining CSG, he served as senior technical project manager on a Medicaid implementation project for the Georgia Department of Community Health, including software design, development, and implementation phases within a hybrid waterfall/agile SDLC framework.
