Chad is a business analyst and enterprise architect in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He has more than 15 years of IT experience in the public and private sectors, deploying Agile and Lean best practices to support large-scale system modernizations for state HHS enterprise, Medicaid, integrated eligibility, health information exchange, and health insurance marketplace projects. Chad has provided procurement expertise to multiple state HHS agencies to procure technology and vendors to achieve state operations standards and goals, comply with federal requirements, and maximize the availability of federal match funding for IT projects and portfolios.
