Carolann Genovesi

Carolann is a project manager with CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has 25 years of experience developing and managing large-scale state government programs in public health and social service. She is well versed in Medicaid functional areas and business processes, as well as the associated technology systems and state contracting processes. Prior to joining CSG, Carolann served as the contract manager for Connecticut’s Medicaid Enterprise Technology System modernization project.
