Carmen is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support Practice. She has more than 15 years of child support experience leveraging policy reviews, workgroups, and data analysis to equip the programs to meet their objectives and goals. Her expertise includes establishing strategic direction, managing stakeholders, conducting business process reengineering, and developing staff. Carmen previously worked as a Child Support Supervisor for Oregon’s child support program, where she built a performance-driven workforce focused on resolving child support cases by utilizing application of rules, statutes, and child support guidelines.
