Carl is a project manager and test manager across CSG’s national practices. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 25 years of working in IT, specializing in project management, test management, independent verification and validation, business process reengineering, and organizational change management. Carl has experience in all areas of test management, including developing testing strategy, managing defects and resolving issues, tracing requirements, and using automated test tools. He also has experience leading the Agile test management process, managing testing resources, and ensuring all requirements can be traced from their test scripts back to use cases.
