Britta is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services and Child Support practices. She has more than 10 years of experience in Medicaid, eligibility, and other healthcare and human services programs. Britta is experienced in business process analysis, requirements development, system testing, and process improvement, and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She has provided project management services for complex IT modernization projects in multiple states, including managing communications, reviewing project artifacts, facilitating meetings, identifying and resolving risks and issues, and developing and presenting training.
