Brianna is a project coordinator and scheduler in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. She has more than 10 years of experience in government programs performing quality assurance and compliance activities. Brianna’s experience includes project management, business process analysis and improvement, training and education, and the development of performance metrics based on program goals. She has led multiple projects with cross-functional teams, defining scope, objectives, and stakeholders and using performance metrics to assess program success.
