She has over five years of experience in the healthcare sector, including supporting the implementation of Medicaid and eligibility IT systems. Briana has experience in strategic planning and change management, including developing an OCM Strategic Playbook focused on the Prosci methodology and developing program-wide OCM newsletters. She has knowledge of risk and issue mitigation, work plan development, quality control, budget oversight, deliverable management and proposal development.
