Bill is a technical analyst in CSG's Child Support, Child Welfare, and Healthcare and Human Services practices. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner, and Scrum Master with over 15 years of state government experience, including design, development, and implementation projects for numerous state government agencies. Bill has expertise in testing, requirements development and management, data management, and cybersecurity.
