Bethany is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. She has more than five years of experience providing business process, system, and policy analysis for multiple public sector projects. Bethany has a strong understanding of state and local government challenges related to technology, processes, and data management. She combines data analysis and management expertise with experience using CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to clearly present information and identify trends that support executive decision making.
