Beth Van Horn

Principal

Beth is a project manager in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services and Child Support practices. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 20 years of experience in management roles. Beth has experience in strategic planning, organizational development, portfolio management, policy analysis, and contract management. She also has legal expertise in managing multi-million dollar contracts, including budgeting, staffing, negotiations, and change management. Prior to joining CSG, she worked at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, serving as the Director of Planning and Project Management. In that role, she directed strategic planning efforts for the state Medicaid agency and led portfolio management, risk identification and mitigation, tools and processes, resource allocation, and staff development.
