He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting large-scale IT system implementations across the system development life cycle, with a focus on Medicaid, eligibility and enrollment, and other healthcare and human services systems. Benjamin has extensive experience with requirements definition, validation, and traceability, as well as testing and defect management, quality assurance, and CMS certification processes.
