Baleigh is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has more than five years of experience working on child support system modernization projects in multiple states. Baleigh’s experience includes developing and delivering training materials for help desk analysts and system end-users, executing testing, and leading process improvement. Baleigh has experience working with stakeholders across projects to facilitate a smooth transition to new IT systems, including working on business process reengineering and troubleshooting.
