She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with 20 years of experience in the healthcare and human services industry, including extensive experience working with Medicaid, eligibility, and electronic health records systems. Ashley’s expertise includes business analytics, data mining and analysis, business process analysis and improvement, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and requirements gathering and analysis. She has supported Medicaid Management Information System implementations in multiple states, including developing procurement documents, overseeing testing, performing data validation, and identifying and monitoring risks and issues.
