Ashlee is an organizational change management (OCM) and communications analyst in CSG's Child Welfare practice. She has over seven years of experience providing project management and OCM IT consulting for state agencies. Ashlee has experience implementing Comprehensive Child Welfare Information Systems (CCWIS) and certifying various Medicaid systems including Care Management for Social Services, Electronic Visit Verification, and an All Payer Claims Database. She is well versed in federal requirements for certification, data validation, and As-Is and To-Be business processes.
