Anna is a business analyst in CSG's Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has over 15 years of experience working with state government agencies on IT projects, including Medicaid, eligibility, health insurance marketplace, child support, and child welfare systems. Anna brings extensive knowledge of system lifecycle phases including requirements specification, software design and development, testing, and maintenance. She has worked on state Medicaid system modernization projects in five states across the country.
