Amanda is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has more than 30 years of experience in child support and brings substantial operational and enforcement knowledge, with experience in data integrity projects, case management, and client relations. She applies her expertise to analyze documentation and processes of IT modernization projects and make recommendations for improvement. Prior to joining CSG, Amanda worked in a wide range of roles in state and county child support programs in Massachusetts and North Carolina, including serving as Research Analyst and Child Support Enforcement Agent tasked with exercising legal action in hundreds of child support cases.
