Allison is a business analyst and subject matter expert in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. She has more than 25 years of experience managing statewide child welfare operations, system implementations, and organizational transformations. She brings extensive knowledge in delivering CCWIS-compliant solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams through large scale IT projects. Allison is a former deputy director of operations for the Indiana Department of Child Services, where she used data-driven strategies to direct regional performance improvement initiatives. She is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.
