Alicia Curtiss

Alicia is an Organizational Change Management expert in CSG’s Child Support and Child Welfare practices. She brings expertise in change management, business process reengineering, operational and policy analysis, training, and resource management. Alicia previously worked with the Oregon Department of Justice’s child support program for 12 years, including serving as the pilot office manager for its modernized child support system, Origin. At CSG, she has led OCM projects for several child support and child welfare modernizations across the country.
