Abby is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. She has over 7 years of experience in large-scale system modernizations through the entire system development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, backlog management, business process re-engineering, testing, and compliance. Abby has spent the past 2 years as a business analyst specializing in child welfare system implementations including Comprehensive Child Welfare Information Systems (CCWIS) and Statewide and Tribal Automated Child Welfare Information Systems (S/TACWIS). On these implementations, she has facilitated Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, managed business, functional, and technical requirements, performed gap analysis and remediation, and coordinated User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Abby has expertise in Agile methodologies and has executed Scrum practices on multiple projects across different program areas including Medicaid, Life Insurance, and Finance systems.
