Participating Addendum and Contracting Processes

Prior to contracting with CSG, a state must execute a Participating Addendum (PA) with CSG that defines any additional terms and conditions, reporting or administrative fee requirements, options for state or political subdivision usage, or other requirements to be incorporated into the agreement. A list of states with which CSG has executed PAs is provided below, and all executed PA documents are available on our NASPO ValuePoint PASS contract page.

The following steps provide information on how to contract with CSG through our PASS Master Agreement.

  • If your state has an active PA with CSG: Review the PA for any specific instructions on contract usage or ordering procedures. For additional information on CSG’s contract or to submit a task order request or inquiry, contact Tosha Bond at rfp@csgdelivers.com.
  • If your state does not have a PA with CSG: Contact Tosha Bond at rfp@csgdelivers.com with information on your need for procurement assistance and support services. We will work with you to submit an inquiry to your state Chief Procurement Official to establish a PA. The PA negotiation and execution process will be managed between the state Chief Procurement Official and CSG.

All orders awarded through this contract must include CSG’s Master Agreement number (DPC-1428523190-SA-13-PASS) and/or the applicable PA number, provided the PA references the Master Agreement number.
