Team CSG Spotlight: Kade Rogers

Kade has 13 years of project management experience, including more than a decade supporting large-scale state government system modernization projects focused on Child Support and Child Welfare. He began his career as a project coordinator in the private sector, then transitioned to managing complex project initiatives for multiple State of Nevada system replacement projects across the Department of Motor Vehicles and Department of Human Services.

Kade joined CSG in 2018, taking on project management roles for the Nevada Child Support System Replacement Project Management Office (PMO) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) project. For more than five years, he led CSG’s team in project governance, communications, risk and issue management, project schedule management, end user preparedness, and federal OCSE compliance activities. Since 2024, he has served as the Project Manager for New Mexico’s Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System PMO and OCM project, including user acceptance testing, project governance, and federal ACF funding and system requirement support.

Kade says “Since joining CSG, I’ve had the pleasure of working with so many dedicated team members that have helped me grow. The same can be said for the customers we work for. The work done under Child Support, Child Welfare, and our other practices is not always easy, but knowing I have helped contribute to the wellbeing of children, youth, and families continues to give me purpose and drive in the work I do every day.”

Thank you, Kade, for the expertise and insight you bring to implementing more efficient technology to help public assistances programs better serve the people and families that depend on them!
