Jon is a business analyst and data quality subject matter expert with more than 15 years of public sector experience in corrections, criminal justice, and child support programs. He supports these programs by leading data-driven quality improvement initiatives informed by research, statistics, and analysis. Prior to joining CSG, he spent more than seven years with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services, leading the agency’s research and data collection and analysis efforts to drive strategic planning and decision making.
Since joining CSG in 2023, Jon has applied his expertise to support Illinois’ child support system modernization project as the lead data analyst. Jon participated in Joint Application Design sessions with the State, reviews DDI vendor functional and technical specifications, leads the execution and maintenance of the Data Quality Plan, and participates in project quality assurance risk assessments.
