GeJuan is a child support and data analyst who has dedicated more than 25 years of her career to state government IT modernization. Prior to joining CSG, she worked to improve IT and program operations for a wide variety of government agencies, including spending more than 12 years with the Florida Child Support Enforcement Program and five years with the Arizona Department of Child Safety. In Florida, GeJuan managed data conversion for the State’s child support system modernization, leading a team in cleansing and converting data for the new system. While in Arizona, she supported the creation of a new stand-alone agency for child protective services, ensuring that technology was smoothly transferred to support the new organization. As a recognized industry leader, she has shared her expertise with industry peers as a presenter at the Data Management Association Conference and the National Child Support Engagement Association Conference.
Since joining CSG in 2021, GeJuan has served as the Lead Data Analyst on our Quality Assurance services project for Illinois’ Child Support Automation and Innovation for Modernization initiative, leading our team in ensuring high quality data is being converted to the new system.
GeJuan says “I believe in the purpose of, and need for, government agencies and the significant role they play in our daily lives. I began in environmental protection and later married my analytical and data knowledge and experience on system modernization projects. I have learned our career path may not be an obvious one, but it’s important to be open to and enjoy the journey. My path has challenged me to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and vendors to successfully modernize systems to improve services and performance. I am grateful for the opportunity to expand my knowledge and share it with colleagues and CSG clients.”
Thank you, GeJuan, for your unwavering dedication to the child support program! The work you do has positively impacted children and families across the country. #TeamCSG hashtag#ChildSupport hashtag#PublicSectorIT
